Our Story
A European corner in Sherman Oaks
GONCHO BISTRO is a European-inspired neighborhood cafe on Burbank Boulevard. Every morning we laminate, proof and bake our croissants, brioche and puff pastry in-house, then build them into sandwiches worth crossing the Valley for.
Alongside the bakery you will find mezze made from scratch, bright generous salads, flaky samsa and fresh coffee. Stop in for a slow breakfast, grab lunch to go, or let us bring dinner to your door.
